Monica was wonderful and spent the time knowing me and my expectations and met all of them!

My therapist worked on my stress areas and when I left I was totally relaxed. There was no wait time between the time I checked in and when the therapist called me back and he was knowledgeable of my problem areas and remembered from my last appointment and just really took the time to know my needs.

Aesthetician was very thorough, she went over all of my needs and recommended products and even things i could do at home. She spent a little extra time on me that i believe was my appointment time as there was no one after me and i appreciated the extra tlc. she even sent me home with a sample as i was going to be outdoors the next day. Overall it was a great experience. it was my first time in and i will definitely be back.

I was pleasantly surprised with the esthetian’s gentle hands and calm demeanor. Reasonable prices for treatment. Will return for waxing and a facial and possibly massage services.

The process was smooth and all my questions were answered. My comfort was thought of throughout the experience and it was enjoyable and relaxing.

The only thing that I didn't really care for was having to give my credit card to book another appointment. I understand why I just don't care for that.

They explained the process during each of my services (facial and massage) to provide the outcome I was looking for. The checkout process was great and the membership was explained well.

Everyone made me feel welcome, they were very nice. My service person did a wonderful job at making me feel secure and making sure she answered any questions before leaving the room. I was pleased.
