I was absolutely impressed with the amazing staff and the facial I received!!! I have already highly recommended this place and services to co-workers and teacher friends!

I thought that Dee and Desiree were super friendly and inviting. My esthetician, Monica was an absolute lovely individual and really took care of my face. This was a first ever facial for me, and I cannot believe how well my face felt and how relaxed I was. The products used were awesome and smelled amazing!! I absolutely loved it and loved how friendly the staff was. My mood was so good the rest of the day, and I slept so well. Definitely need to do this more often.

The spa was very clean. The ambiance was very relaxing. Receptionist was super friendly.

It was a great experience no complaints. Satisfied for me is hitting the mark. Highly satisfied is above & beyond, it was great no complaints but was above expected or exceptional

The classic facials I receive at Hand & Stone in Ballantyne include extractions. There were no extractions done at this location

Perhaps my expectations were too high. I didn’t know I could upgrade to a different massage. Probably my fault for not checking or asking for more pressure during massage.

My massage person is excellent. That is the only reason I like to go to this facility.

Staff is friendly, massages are great and facility is clean. When I had a facial my face severely broke out and took awhile to go down. I’ve never had that reaction on a facial before. Not sure what happened.

The pricing model that requires you to be billed on a monthly membership plan is not a trap I will ever get caught in again.
