Was expecting to use some of my points for upgrades I received but received a phone call when I got home from receptionist...was told the foot massage wasn't included...I feel therapist at the time should have let me know the details of what's included and what services aren't ...that I would have to pay extra...overall I was happy with my experience..

The cost has gone up while options continue to decrease. In addition to lack of convenient appointments, this location no longer has options to add more time. At times over the last 3 years, I have built.up over 6 months worth of credits due to lack of availability. And the receptionists are always quick to try to cash in a credit to cover an add-on which is only worth a portion of what I paid for the monthly membership.

Wrong payment method used and did not ask if I wanted to schedule my next appointment

My experience was good.

The aesthetician was nice and did a good job. However, the amount I paid for what I consider a minor facial treatment was absurd! I could have gotten a much more invasive treatment for that price!

The facial didn't include any deep tissue cleaning/extraction of black or white heads. If it wasn't because I upgraded to the microdermabrasion, it would just have been creams in my face and I can do that at home and would not for cost me $110.00. Plus, $50.00 for that service that lasted about 5 mins it is outrageous. I hope the machine it is super expensive!

I had to wait 30 mins and no one realized that was waiting until i went back to the receptionist.
