My therapist seemed angry to be there. Wasn’t welcoming or kind. Asked me the same thing twice bc she clearly wasnt paying attention to my answers. Slammed doors during my massage. Just seemed like she really didn’t want to be there and it made me uncomfortable. Plus the pressure was really strong and painful at times.

The esthetician that served me was not friendly. She was all serious, all business. Not personable at all. I do not think she smiled once the entire time I was there. The service she provided was great. My skin felt great!! Just her bedside manner, so to speak, was extremely lacking. It was almost like she did not want to be there.

the scheduling options (dates/times) for the therapist I would like to use are limited.

I prefer to complete form at the reception area rather than completing in the room taking up my message time.

I made appointments for myself and my daughter and specifically told them her age and that we wanted to be in the same room. I was told they didn't have one room but was assured she would be fine to be alone and at the same time. Hours before our appt, I got a call saying I had to be in the same room. I had to move around my personal schedule to so I cld still get out facials. I was also upsold a lot which I realized after the fact. She was such a sweet lady but did not tell me the cost of a sensitive facial would cost more.

My appointment was started about 15 minutes late. However, the therapist only spent 40-45 minutes on my massage, which it felt like she cut into my time to catch up on being behind.

My therapist was new and very cautious which was understandable but I have had enough massages to know that while everyone is different there were things done. When my therapist came out he shook my hand and they were very sweaty I wiped my hand on a piece of tissue that I had but I figured he was nervous. At the end, he wanted to offer me a towel to dry off because he used so much product but said his last client used all of the towels. It is very hard to book via the website and app because the information is very inconsistent and the Asst. Manager saw it upfront as we compared what I had on my app and what your system says.

I had two separate massages in the same day. All of my answers referred to the first massage with a lady. I cannot recall her name, but it started with a K. It was difficult to spell on the tip envelope, I recall. She was nice, but she did not knock before walking in the room. She asked for a problem areas and I gave her specifics--My hands and my feet. And she honestly went the fastest over those two areas. And then I guess she rushed too fast and then sat down on a stool at the head of the bed and did a gentle pinching motion on my shoulder muscles over and over and over and over again until the time ended. It was causing me pain because she was doing it so long and a monotonous rhythm. That was time she could have spent on my hands and my feet which hurt very much.
