The appointment didn’t start on time. The products were too expensive. The price was increased without my knowledge or consent

Although my massage was good the therapist used too much oil during the appointment. Also, for some reason I’m unable to book through the app now.

No one was in the reception area when I arrived waited over five minutes for someone to come out

Just not receiving my full 90 mins. Therapist seemed to rush out of the building after we finished early. I hope there wasn't an emergency, she was GREAT other than that. I just hate I used a 90 minute massage and it was cut short.

The convenience to home. I like who does my facials.

Feel that appointment was rushed. Appt started late so I don’t feel like I had the full duration. Felt masseuse was rushing to get to next appointment.

No reason. It’s run well and the only thing is availability of certain therapists I like is limited.

Overall good service and able to see difference before facial and after facial

Started late, items needed for foot treatment were not in room therapist had to leave room to retrieve, did not cover all areas with hot stones or even massage. One hour massage with added foot treatment maybe lasted 40 minutes

She spoke well about products she was using but lacked taking the time to massage them in and wipe away residue. I left still had make up on. She barely put on the steamer, maybe 1 min. Did not extract impurities. Lacked massage on face. Didn't leave mask on long enough. Service felt rushed and unlike any I have ever had. She was sweet and chatty but didn’t ask if I wanted any additional service although I’m glad I didn't get it cause it would have been a waste of money.
