I was charged for Add on’s to my facial but was never informed that it would be an additional charge

Membership fees went up. No therapist available for prenatal massage when I was pregnant. Therapist scheduled for appointment left and my appointment was cancelled. My location has trouble retaining staff.

I disclosed my psoriasis condition prior to session and after the therapist spent 5 minutes trying to give me unwanted advice on my condition.

The facial technician assumed I wanted an upgrade but I did not. I booked what I wanted. The technician also gave me false information on my packages I have in my account and what I can do with them.

The kneck rest was uncomfortable and not able to be adjusted. That single fact caused several other aspectos of the message very dissatisfying.

Between the wait time, dressing time and actual massage time; always vary per visit. Sometimes I don’t feel like I get the full 50 minutes. Other times I feel as though the massage therapist takes too long to return to the room.

The service was good. The availability of appointments was hard. Everything seems to be booked up to 3 weeks. Otherwise everything was good.

Being a corporate business there are many things that are done to only benefir the company and not looking to highly accomodate the customer. I would have liked to have talked to my esthetician about the products in the room and I was told that was not allowed.

My membership rate was increased too high. I likely won’t stay with the new price once I use up my credits. To see the best therapists there, there are not monthly appointments available- often have to wait two months but still get charged for membership even though no appointments are available. I really like the environment there and most of the therapists are good but the price has gone too high for the monthly membership. Everything had an up charge. I tried a facial and she was trying to sell me so much I felt like I was at a car dealership. I don’t like how they make you broadcast your tip out loud in front of either customers or therapists that are standing there. You should be able to type it in. There are definitely things I really like about this business, but as someone that has gone monthly for over two years, these are my main complaints. The skill of Tyra and Karen are really the only reason I have stayed so long but with the latest price hike on my membership I think this will be my last month.
