An hour would be brilliant

My visit failed to meet my expectations. I was excited to get a treatment and try and new business. From the reception, plain and less than friendly to a massage that was better than okay at best. I don’t think it was worth the cost or time needed to make this appt.

Not satisfied with many of the massage therapists there. Difficult to get time with the one I like. Had to switch multiple times due to people leaving

My therapist is the only reason I am still at this location. The attrition has been ridiculous here. Appointments are hard to get. You don’t have enough staff most of the time.

My therapist did not wear a mask and stated that they had allergies. Constant sniffles and snorting throughout the session as well as their stomach growled loudly throughout the session.

It was okay but it felt like the massage therapist was rushed, almost like she had no break. The table wasn’t comfortable and it was hard to relax in the room.

I booked an appointment for the dermalinfusion and then on the day of my appointment was told that the machine was not working.

I enjoyed my first experience at Hand and Stone. Just comparing to other massages I've had, this was indicative of my score.

Therapist didn’t explain how long the additional service take. I would have prioritized a scalp massage over the LED phototherapy. And I would have liked more massaging on neck, back, and arms.
