Do not like to be pressured to buy product

Managers are very rude to staff and customers. At my last visit the manager was very unprofessional, could not make my next appointment and what was surprising no eye contact when refusing to try to make an appointment.

I have not been able to schedule appointments that fit my schedule like I did as recently as last year. I’ve thought about canceling my membership.

Each time I have visited this location my appointment starts late. This is unacceptable as people have a schedule and starting one appointment late because the appointment ahead of you arrived late is not fair.

I have a lot of tension in my neck and upper back. Karen was able to pinpoint all my knots. She was able to loosen and release them. I made an appoint for august with Karen again. I will continue with Karen.

Appointments are next to impossible to get. You clearly have too low of a ratio of massage therapist to members. I have seen three of my therapist leave and that makes me wonder as a customer what is driving that attrition. If it wasn’t for Alyssa I probably would have left this location already. You need to hire and retain quality therapist to retain your clientele. I shouldn’t have to book out four months in advance to get an appointment.

Therapist wasn’t very friendly, massage was ok but didn’t feel all that much better after

I called to set an appointment and never had a return call. I called again but only because I had a gift card and the soonest I was able to get in was 6 weeks. I did end up canceling because I was sick on the day of my appointment. However. I walked in to set my appointment and was received well and got an appointment within 2 days.
