I’ve gotten massages elsewhere that were much better. More relaxing, more thorough, and I actually felt like they did something. I haven’t found anyone at hand and stone yet who compares to my previous therapist.

Wasn’t sure what service received with my gift card was a classic- but aesthetician has to ask- she should have known what I was booked for. Also was first time there so should have been the 69 they said each service was 109… she did a great job but i wasn’t sure what I was getting until after. Massage was good pressure just moved a little quick which made it harder to relax and light was little bright- had some enjoyable conversation toward the end but after felt like I should hushed bc when it was over felt ended more on a non relaxing note. No fault tk his I opened door for conversation -

Really the only issue was that I had to wait to check in. I was running right on time and wish I would have arrived 15 minutes earlier. I think the wait to check in cut in to my massage time. The receptionist was very busy and there were at least 3 people ahead of me. I think because of the Mother's day gift card special alot of people were there to purchase gift cards which seemed to take longer.

I have to get prenatal massages and laying on my side with the bolster between my legs was uncomfortable. I would have preferred a pillow. Better yet, a table with a hole in the middle for my belly would be amazing so I can lay on my stomach. The therapist could then apply deeper pressure and I would feel so much better.

There were no appointments available for April so I had to book as soon as there was a cancellation, and it was someone I’ve never had before. She asked for what kind of massage I wanted, but then did not do anything I had asked. I asked for a firmer pressure, but it was very light. I asked her to focus on my back and shoulders, but she spent the least time on them. Seemed like a waste of a massage. I will be back- but only with Tyra!!

Perhaps it was too many services being done in a limited amount of time; therefore the hand and foot massage wasn’t what I was used to

Availability for appointments have been challenging - hence I got the facial since there wasn't availability for massage this month. Treatment itself was excellent.

This location does not have enough staff. It’s impossible to get an appointment these days. I was asked to reschedule two different appointments this past month saying they were scheduling conflicts. Your masseuse to member ratio is way off and you shouldn’t be selling memberships if you don’t have the staffing to support it. I’ve started looking for other options and considering canceling my membership

My therapist spoke as if she cared about providing a good relaxing service but she did not focus on the area I mentioned and applied way too much pressure on areas that I have never had worked on. My appointment time started about 10-15 mins after it was supposed to start and ended before I recieved a full 50 minutes. I will not see this therapist again. I am also unhappy that there are never appointments available and only a limited number of therapists
