It is extremely hard to book online. I love the convenience of booking online, but I have always ended up having to call because there aren’t any available in my filters. I have the monthly membership so I expect to have appointments every month since I am paying. I also have only had one therapist so far that I LOVE the others were sub par and made me want to cancel my membership. The only reason I’m keeping it right now is because of Julia. If I can’t get an appt with her I will be canceling.

I am disappointed with my previous experience with the Receptionist. He was rude and not very helpful. I felt like my questions were a bother to him. For example, I asked him what time they closed and he pretty much told me to take a pic of the hours on the door, I had a question about the change in my appointment time and his response was short and he told me to be angry with the esthetician because she was the one who made the change. After, I asked for his supervisor name, he reviewed my profile further. The next day I spoke to The supervisor regarding my experience. My overall experience has been positive however, I have zero tolerance for less than professionalism when it comes to where I spend money.

The massage therapist, Alyssa, was very thorough. She was very competent and personable.

The massage itself was great! However, the process to schedule this massage and subsequent massages is painful. If I don't schedule more than 30 days out, I can't get an appt that works for my schedule, and oftentimes, the schedule isn't available when I leave my appointment.

The only reason I continue to come to Hand and Stone is to see my awesome therapist. The management has almost caused me to quit my membership. Someone signed me up for a facial which I never signed up for this service at H & S, I go to another salon for this service. Due to their error, they insisted on telling me I would still have to pay a penalty fee. When I threatened to quit my membership, they forgave the fee. I should never have gone through that debate to begin with!

Although I enjoyed my appointment this was the third or fourth time my appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled by H&S within the past 3 months. Unfortunately, when they cancel on me, there are no available appointments to reschedule within a month and there are very few alternatives. If the cancellations continue I will need to cancel my membership.

When you call in for an appointments, slots are limited depending when you call . I make my follow up as l am checking out, works for me.

It has become very difficult to schedule appointments this past year. It seems that many female therapists have left lately and booking even a month out is almost impossible now. I'm told that the Southpark and Waverly locations have more open time slots but I don't want to drive to those locations when the Rivergate location is 5 mins away. If this trend continues I will cancel my membership.

My therapist I’ve had before snd she is amazing! Yesterday she felt very rushed thru each movement like she was in a hurry or angry. Also i came in feeling fine and about an hour after I had such a pain in my foot it felt like it wanted to cramp and it started to radiate up my leg.

Services expensive for continuing to come on a regular basis as compared to massage envy
