LaTanya was amazing! This was my first massage ever and she made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed!

It's out of their control, but the staffing issues make it very hard to schedule appointments, which often results in me going to another location. Also, my appointments have always started just a few minutes late each time.

you need more therapist - the times available are only plentiful if you can book a month+ in advance; as someone that works full-time and travels that is not always possible and a HUGE frustration!

Check in staff was confused with gift cards. Massage didn’t start until 3:15 for a 3:00 appointment. Check out still didn’t have payment with gift cards worked out

Would have liked more focus on neck area.

First appointment canceled by Hand and Stone. Appointments difficult to get without booking weeks in the future.

I didn't like fact that I had to pay an extra $10 for couples massage.

The available appointments to get a massage or facial are very limited. It’s very tough to obtain services with a monthly membership.

My appointment was at 3:00. The therapist came to get me at 3:20. I did receive my full 90 minute massage.

Massage therapist left and the two I’ve tried since are not as good combined with the difficulty in getting an appointment for the following month makes it challenging for a monthly massage. And I can’t use a partial credit without loosing the rest. So now I have built up credits.
