Hand and Stone

The only thing that I am not satisfied with about hand and stone is that appointments usually cannot be booked for 1 month to 2 months due to the availability.

Manager did not want to accept my cash payment and tried to force me to use my card. Couldn’t make $10 in change because they do not carry cash? But no signs or information posted about contactless payment only.

My therapist was not on time and while I was waiting in the waiting room, I saw her walk in the front as my appointment was suppose to start. She also talked a lot when I would have rather relaxed and try to doze off.

I would have liked a more convenient time for my schedule and the option for a second service. However, there was minimal availability for the month and only one appointment time open.

I think some of the additional services are a little over priced. Like $15 extra for a few drops of essential oils. It’s also really popular so getting a massage booked is kind of hard because there are so many people trying to get in. Wish the building could expand.

Sometimes difficult to get an appointment that meets my timeline as the spa seems to be short of esthetician’s. Disappointed that some of the staff has left.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I had gotten accustomed to a staff member, who was my message therapist for over a year, that had left Hand and Stone during COVID. I was disappointed that she was no longer a H&S therapist.

The receptionist was not very personable or helpful during my exit. Did not print receipt or email as requested

Normal estitician no longer there. They said called to inform me. I didn’t answer they did not leave a message. Didn’t know until I arrived
