First visit was really great! I enjoyed Alyssa’s knowledge and passion she had! Can’t wait to come back.

The receptionist at the desk for my appointment was friendly and nice. The person that called me back so I could book the appointment was the one I felt was a bit rude and dissatisfied with.

The online scheduler did not work, otherwise everything was great

I asked twice to book an appointment for my husband only for it not to happen. The staff was friendly but not listening. Just doing their job. I felt pressed to purchase the membership. Not something I want to do right after my massage. Maybe a follow-up phone call/text would work better.

The massage therapist was great but she was talkative. I didn’t want to tell her to hush and I know she was talking to be engaged with me however, I preferred to relax and not talk.

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and caring. She also gauged me during the massage to ensure the pressure was good! Most importantly she did focus on my focus area.

When I have back to back services, facial and massage, it seems the time for the second service is cut short. So I my appointment is scheduled for 5:30 for an 80massage, but I get in the room at 5:40 and I am walking out of the spa at 6:55, I don't believeI am really receivingmy minutes. I beleive scheduled time for disinfecting and sanitizing should take more than 3 minutes.

With tip, spent >$75. This is quite a bit of money for no relief of stress or aches. The therapist was very kind and professional start to finish but concerned about her anatomical knowledge and know how. I would not return for fear other therapists may not be very well trained.

I was satisfied with my facial, but not highly satisfied. This is because I feel like the majority of the time was spent on popping pimples/blackheads, which is fine, but I was wanting more of a relaxing face massage, masks, etc. Also, it called for a hand and neck massage, however; my hands were never touched and my neck massage was about 2-3 rubs on each side. I had a little higher expectation with it. But my overall experience was great!
