Hand and Stone

After my appointment I felt highly pressured by the staff to use my excess packages for add ons which cost 15 dollars. I was a bit offended that they thought I would spend a 60 dollar package on a 15 dollar add on.

While the massage therapist I had gave a great massage, there were some inconsistencies as far as what was done on the right/left sides of my body. Nothing major, but I did notice that some techniques were used on one side and not the other.

Esthetician was kinda rough. I’ve never had a painful facial before this day.

Miquel did a very good job. But it was hard to relax, there were lots of doors opening and closing throughout my massage, he told me that it was people coming in and out of rooms to clean them. But it was not a quiet spa atmosphere that usually is, also I could hear voices and people having conversations outside the room.

My husband and I have been coming to Hand and Stone for a while. We were not as relaxed the last time we came. We also did not feel like we received the massage for the full hour. While I wished we could continue our membership, financially, we cannot.

My daughter had a facial cleaning appointment but apparently it wasn't long enough to clean her face thoroughly...

Appt was 15 min late no one acknowledged why and I finally asked if I would be taking soon
