Hand and Stone

I came to my appointment and no one was in the reception area. She had gone out to get breakfast. I wanted to add some information to my form. I sat alone in the reception area awhile. I was on an anti inflammatory for bursitis and did not want my massage to be too strong in that area. I felt this was important to address. I play tennis and really look forward to my massages. Jane is wonderful and I have recommended my tennis partner to go to her too. A wonderful experience for me! I am really thinking about becoming a Member too.

I was satisfied witty everything

Therapist was very professional and polite. He went out his way to ensure my needs were met and focused on releasing tension. Was very interested in medical history to provide the right pressure or avoid problem areas

Only my second visit. Too seen to tell

The lightening in room too bright for my comfort. No available appointments and I feel like a lot of light filler type messaging. To make you think it’s a message but it’s just movement on the body. I asked about pressure point in hand and was not given much of an educated response. Just talked about how you want to get in there and press the “meat of the hand,” which is understood you message the muscle. But in hands and other parts of body their are pressure points that help relieve stress and pain. I was expecting more knowledge on this. I also go to acupuncturist and sometimes that is just as beneficial as getting a message.

Asked multiple times why I could not book online. They did not bother to review my account and I had to call the corporate office. They could see my email was incorrect account still not up to date

I totally enjoyed my spa experience with Miguel and Tesha! However , I was disappointed that the features I saw online prior to my appointment, were add-on’s and not included in the spa package . Most times when visiting other spas , you have packages that offer different options or choices . It’s usually a choice of different types of all in one choice experience. I felt nickeled and dime , instead of one wonderful featured experience .

tHE NEW girl was very nice but she kept the light on for the microdermabrasion and it was just too bright and hard to relax. when i came home i pressed areas of my skin and lots of sebum, etc. came out and i thought this should have taken out a lot of the gunk. she didn't do extractions cause she said the microdermabrasion would take care of it. i thought the facial itself was way too quick, not enough time or things done. though she was very nice she was a little rough, her hands were not light and gentle enough.

My facial did not include neck and decollete as in previous facials. Was offered water and said yes but she returned without any.

I think the mask was too expensive
