I was satisfied. The only issue I have is with the requirement to have a credit card on file to book an appointment. I only want to pay in cash.

The music varies every time I come and it isn’t the most relaxing the last 3 visits I had. The hot towels don’t smell great... maybe the towel warmers mAking the smell mildewed. My favorite esthetician is gone. Plus, members should get more perks.

Massage Therapist was very nice and had a great conversation. Though I think the conversation wound me up a little bit more than wound me down and I'm usually looking to relax. He did know some interesting stretch techniques that were very helpful.

I did some “add-on” treatments. The receptionist was quite helpful and had some coupons for me to use, which was quite nice. I’m glad I did not pay for two of the added treatments. The aromatherapy was a joke. Definitely not worth $10. Every other massage where I have had aromatherapy they use a scented oil or cream, so you are receiving the scent throughout the entire massage. The hot stones for $20 was not like any other hot stone treatment I’ve had in past. There was minimal use of stones, and not hot enough, and not used on enough of the body. I wouldn’t waste money on that again. Disappointing. The peppermint scalp massage was wonderful! So glad I tried it!! I would recommend having an option for additional foot massage...the only option available for feet is hot towels.

This experience was fine but I still am not happy that I cannot make, change or see appointments online. No one can figure out how to link my online account to my local account they have at the location. I spoke with multiple people in the Ballentine location before I moved to Steele Creek location and they can’t figure out either.

I don't like the idea that I must keep a membership to take advantage of the $59 rate. The experience was fine but not thrilled with the membership requirements.

I purchased 2 memberships for my daughters that are in college a year ago and there is not a location near one of my daughters, even though I was told there was. Since my packages are building up, I was told I could use them myself since I’m paying for them. When I did this I was charged a transfer fee? 😕
