Welcomed and greeted by name. Massage was amazing and got information on ways to have less tension. Facil was outstanding as always. She always provides with information on my skin, products, and upcoming features in the spa.

The massage therapist was excellent. The office staff was helpful. When I wound up late for my appointment, they helped expedite things to get me in and started as quickly as possible.
