Amanda at the front reception was wonderful. Her personable demeanor was so welcoming. The whole vibe is super relaxing and you genuinely felt at ease the moment you walk in. Jazmine was great! She answered all my questions and offered her honest opinions. She worked thoroughly and I can't wait to be in the maintenance phase of my facials with her. Both Amada and Jazmine are great assets to the H&S family. Looking forward to a massage next!

The receptionist and the massage therapist were very welcoming. I didn't have to wait more than t minutes. The environment was very relaxing.

I booked a last minute appointment (within 2 days) and was very satisfied with the value for the cost of the massage. It was a 50 minute Swedish massage, no frills. The massage therapist adapted to my requests and problem areas. The room can use more ambiance but did not at all take away from the experience.
