This was my first professional facial. I always looked to my dermatologist concerning my skin because I have had squamous cell carcinoma on my face and underwent Mohs surgery. I will continue to see my dermatologist for cancer screening, but will return to Hand & Stone for facials and advice on skin care.

I have had only great experiences here. The value is excellent. But if I was paying top dollar for the last 2 massages I received I would have been annoyed. The therapist were sweet but not the best massage. For the money it’s fine and she was at least very nice

Candice is amazing! She makes me feel so relaxed every time and she’s super knowledgeable.

The deep tissue massage extremely broke up the stress knots that I had in my neck, back and shoulders for many years. The next day I still felt the muscles relaxed from being tense for so many years.

After a scheduling conflict at my previous visit, the manager sent me an email and the issue was quickly resolved and I was very satisfied with her lovely response. I will continue my membership based on the understanding and quick response. Thank you.

The room is kept orderly and immaculate. Kandice is a top notch representative of the profession. Kandice’s knowledge of body and muscles in particular is impressive.

The staff super friendly. Very clean and new looking. I think a sign should be on the back of the building. I came from Staten Island using Waze app. I wasn't sure of the location. I was happy to see parking.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the waiting area before the massage. I appreciated privacy and time to change for the treatment.

All personnel were highly professional. Due to health issues I had accumulated several credits. The receptionist outlined a number of options available to me to use those credits. Mary my esthitician was amazing!
