I explained to Sam what my concerns were that I did have a former therapist who helped me but now she is on leave so my muscles were very tight . Sam made a good call with the deep tissue massage . I felt great the days following . I was offered a membership to the spa that I thought was well worth it.

It was a different massage than I have received before. He went about releasing tension at different pressure pints and it really helped. Plus he shared some tips for stretching and an exercise toll to use at home in between appointments. I really appreciated that!

The staff is overall friendly. There was some sort of mix-up with the staffing, and I ended up with a therapist different from the one I was booked with, which I didn't mind at all since I only started getting massages again and didn't have a preferred therapist (also, it was a last-minute booking). The therapist who stepped up to take care of my appointment was Bianca, and I really appreciated her transparency of the situation and dedication to making sure all clients are well taken care of. Also I felt so much better walking out of Hand & Stone than I did walking in.

Paula was a great masseuse. I really enjoyed her massage. She’s very knowledgeable and very kind.

Jazmine is the most amazing esthetician I could ever imagine going to. She is kind knowledgable, gentle and super thorough. She reviewed my skin goals and suggested services and products that were appropriate of my skin and my goals. I will never go anywhere else!
