Staff is always, friendly, pleasant, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Yadira was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. Also, she's a great listener when regarding my concerns (muscle aches, amount of pressure). Looking forward to next spa session!

The staff is polite and friendly, they go out of their way to resolve any issue. The masseuse is very knowledgeable and experienced.
