The receptionist at the desk was the best staff I've ever met. Her kind explanation and suggestion are the reasons why I joined the membership. The body massage was good, too. I'm just going to ask for high pressure next time. Since this was my first time, I asked for medium pressure. It was nice time. I got refreshed!

Everyone was very friendly, and I really appreciated how both the massage therapist Jonathan and the esthetician (Gloria I think) were both conscious about telling me what was going on every step of the treatment.
