Luz the therapist I always choose for my massage is exceptional. However, this time the receptionist was a young woman I had not met before and she has very serious and not too receptive. Also I have noticed during the last few visits that the bathrooms are not fully stocked. There were no paper towels to dry my hands and I literally had to look in one of the cabinets for toilet paper.

Overall a relaxing massage. Customer service is excellent. I’ll continue my membership.
