Francisco was extraordinary as always. I opted for an 80 minute massage for the first time and it was an exceptional experience. I’m looking forward to the next appointment. He focused on my requested areas of need and more. What can I say? My money was very well spent!

Was not a fan of massages because of bad massages in the past. I was given a gift card and literally talked into going without really wanting to go. After my first massage i became a member that very day, that’s how much i enjoyed it.

Great experience from start to finish. The receptionist did a great job explaining the membership program. She was able to immediately book an appointment for me that night. The therapist used the right pressure and techniques for my needs.

Excellent customer service I am completely satisfied and will definitely keep coming back! Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Everyone’s performance was excellent.

From start to finish everything was great, from arrival we started prompt and on time, and the massage therapist was very informative with the services I could use as an enhancement to my massage. The facial Aesthetician was great with being thorough and my skin feels and looks great.

I was nervous about maintaining the membership and scheduling appointments during COVID-19. But I felt safe and respected during both the massage and facial. The only complaint that I have is that the person that scheduled my appointment told me that I could use my membership credits for additional facial services. But the reception on duty during my appointment said that I had to pay for the additional services. It wasn’t a real issue for me, but the conflicting information could have cause an issue for someone that didn’t have the funds.

The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly she helped me book my appointment within 5 minutes. The esthetician really knew what she was doing. I left with my skin clean and glowing the acne I was suffering from is pretty much non existent now. I have another upcoming facial this week and can’t wait.
