Clean, friendly, knowledgeable and good availability

I love everything. My suggestions are more COVID prevention. It will make me feel way safer if there is a protective screen over my face while the cosmetology is doing my facial as I have seen in another spa. Also, I didn't like to be covered with sheets made of clothing. I'll rather disposable ones. I didn't see hand sanitizer available. But the service is amazing. Thanks .

Staff are super friendly, the lady doing my facial explained the treatments well, made sure I was comfortable and gave me good tips.

My appointment was booked and got changed twice before I could attend. Had to wait a week from original appointment to just get eyebrows waxed. But staff very friendly..and pleasant

The Fire Alarm at the Location sounded two times VERY LOUD....Very Distraction...... Higlhly Uncomfortable.....
