The service is great, the staff is very warm and friendly. My esthetician is wonderful! She is very professional & knowledgeable. Her recommendations on the products are spot on! Especially clarity. I am so pleased with H&S!

This was my first visit to Hand & Stone and it was better than expected, ten folds. Everyone was so friendly and customer service was amazing. Wish you had some products I wanted that were sold out.

Massage therapist Francisco was very good, he cared about every need of mine, he even asked what temperature I wanted my massage bed I didn’t even know that existed until he asked me, he was gentle but thorough, and he even had follow up recommendations.

I was a little frustrated because I got lost and there was no parking, but the receptionist calmed me down and assured me that I was going to be a new person upon leaving. The massage was carefully applied, she never rushed me or the process. My facial was needed and she walked me through the process.

I tried to use coupons given to me at another hand and spa location and was told I couldn’t use them. Didn’t even bother asking me to show the coupon, which says nothing about change in location. The services are expensive enough as it is, and I know it’s a business but I feel like certain individuals could be a little more mindful about how they would want to be treated if it were them.

The receptionist, massage therapist and aesthetician were very professional and skilled in their fields. The Doral location was very clean and relaxing. I was able to get the appointment times I needed.

The staff and the embiance were ideal fie rhose of us looking for a little pampering. The facility is clean and very welcoming. This is specially important of an esthetic place.

The esthetician Joanne is amazing. She really takes care of the needs of my skin. I enjoy every time I have a facial.
