The massage was excellent, the staff very accomodating and the ambience very relaxing.

Hand & Stone in Doral is beautiful but more important the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. My facial was fantastic and very relaxing.

The therapist was not aware I had asked for an add-on for infrared stones. Seemed manager was having a staff meeting with the receptionists while I was in the waiting room trying to relax, gave me anxiety. I could hear chatter from the massage room adjacent to the one I was in. Better sound proofing needed.

Upon arrival for my appointment for myself and husband, though we were greeted friendly, the receptionist made no effort to offer upgrades. She simply said to sit down and we will be called in shortly. I literally had to tell her I was interested in additional upgrades for the two of us.

My original Therapist, which is my usual, was running late for unknown reasons, and the staff was very accommodating and found a replacement therapist that was available for me not to have to wait or lose my appt.

Doral has a high turnover of reception employees, and one tells you one thing the other tells u something different… they don’t even look into how long u be a member NOR how mush u had expend there in in extra services besides the monthly visit… they need to be trained better… and try to keep. Good employee is better to hv a good one than 4-5 so so and dealing with customers… I wanted re to buy a signature package and they demand a facial Instead of giving me both as a massage, due to the fact I had a nasty reaction in the past, my face burned ended in emergency… I won’t buy the package unless they give me a massage instead. So… I rather go elsewhere where my money is appreciated .

My massage therapist didn’t ask any questions of where or if Id like her to focus on certain areas. When I asked her for a firm massage she said only medium.
