I am a member but pick appointments based on schedule and not provider, so I almost always get someone different and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. I get a lot of massages and it honestly just wasn’t good - light pressure, very little variation, didn’t ask about pressure/key points/etc. I’m hoping she’s new and will improve.

Therapist is not too knowledgeable about the human body, massage etc. I got massages for more than 20 years and I know very well when the massage is good or not.

The massage that Melba gave me was one of the best I've received. I was planning to ask for her next time. However, she ended it ten (10) minutes before the hour was up. I can understand a one-hour massage starting 5 minutes late and ending 5 minutes early to allow for undressing and re-dressing, even though I only need ~1 minute for each of those activities, but my one-hour massage turned out to be less than 45 minutes which seemed disappointingly a little short.

Reminders of my appt. are too often. I receive 3 or 4 texts leading up to appt and a phone call. Needs to be much less once is enough.

Warm and moist towels should be offered after the massage to wipe oneself from the oil. Also, changing the oil would be good because the current one has a bad smell.

I put on my form for medium pressure and I received very hard pressure. I also asked for my feet as my preferred problem area and little attention was given to my feet.

The website was glitching and took too much time to load and reload. Massage booked with a great therapist who was very kind but pressure not enough. I did not feel significant relief or relaxation from the same.

It was my first visit and overall was satisfied. Some areas for improvement: - I don't believe that the therapist reviewed the form I filled out before speaking with me (or had the time perhaps), which is fine but had to repeat my focus areas - I do understand that there is a sales portion that has to go with the first visit, but it felt a little impersonal given that I don't live in Doral - though staff was very friendly - When I checked out, I seemed to have three staff members all watching to gauge my responses to the sales, tipping, etc. which seemed a bit confrontational as they were all adding input to questions I was asking - In particular, the HSA master card I was using was called into question by a staff member that wasn't checking me out - even though I had called and asked about it in advance and used it for the booking - Additionally I was encouraged to use the Tippy app as "all would go to my service provider" and then surprised about the added ~$1.50 charge to my 20% tip using a visa/debit card. When I questioned this, I was then told that it wasn't required to inform me in advance; if this happened every time I made a purchase it would certainly add up over the course of the year (and I should have been provided with an alternate option, including cash) ** I know this seems like a lot but really just little things that I would recommend considering for future first-time visits **

I was surprised with how much tip I was expected to pay for my FACIAL. 1st time with this one resource - she was good but I would not have normally paid her what I ended up (feeling pressured) to give her.

Luz spoke the entire time and provided erroneous nutrition information. I am have a master degree in nutrition, but I wasn’t in the mood to correct her misinformed statements.
