Was fine with service

I dont like it when every time you have a facial they try to get you to add on more services during your facial. If I wanted additional items I would hv done it during booking. Also facial is usually 30 - 40 mins max, even if you include additional services.

I don’t usually give highest rating to anyone. It was my first time at Hand and Stone. I’m very happy with the service overall and the place and staff. Would like to go back if budget permits. Regina, my massage therapist, was amazing. Facial was good too and definitely needed it.

The body massage did not last an hour. The massage started at 3:15 and ended at 3:55

Last time I went massage therapist was not up to the standards of other therapists. Her name is Melba. I have other ones a lot better. I will keep trying with a different one

For some reason I enjoy most of the times the massages and the second facial I got was great, felt my skin different and saw immediately results. Any other facials done haven’t gotten the same results

I think next time I will ask for lighter pressure which isn’t the massage therapists fault. She did what I requested and I didn’t speak up in the moment. So nothing on her

New member and don’t have enough experience to rate that I was highly satisfied. I am just getting to know the program and Hand and Stone.

Clean and can solve the problem
