I rarely recommend things to people.

The pressure to book an appointment each month does not align with my budget.

I believe there is always room for improvement. The room was a little hot for my comfort. I would liked an explanation of my massage before she started. Like letting me know when the stones where going to be used etc

Massage felt short.

I booked a full body massage and i liked the way the therapist spend time on my back but she barely did nothing on the rest of my body. When she finished with me she immediately asked me to please hurry up leaving the room for her to call her next client. That was a little rude and a I think you should book the appoinments with a few minutes in between to give the client time to get dress, at least 5 minutes.

We didn’t get asked what areas the therapist would like us to focus on the most. We did a couples massage and overall the experience was good, though.

The therapist took longer on the prior customer and my massage felt rushed. It started at 819pm and finished by 902pm

I was hoping to have a 90 minute massage. Online there were no options for this upon choosing my preferred option

I booked a specific therapist for my last massage. I was never informed she was not available until I realised it was not her at the end of my massage. I would have appreciated a call advising she was ill so that I could have re-booked.

Everything was good. Staff super friendly and the place really nice. The massage was good, the only think I didn’t like was that when the hour was almost over the therapist star to rush and keep repeating “oh it’s late I don’t know if anybody need this room”. Even if I understand there’s a schedule the situation gave me anxiety, as I client I shouldn’t “realize” about the time schedule or feel rush
