I wanted to be asked if the pressure of massage was ok, also to be asked if could be start from the front instead of the back.

Very nice place. I recommend some kind of aroma, maybe lavender to relax in the massage room

Everything was good no real issues but not impressed

My only concern for the facility is the smell in the room. A clean fresh smell is preferable. They have only had peppermint aroma therapy for over a month.

I asked for a soft relaxing massage and today I am in pain and my back cant even be touched. My legs and foot were not really given massage time. Her focus was on my back and head, don't know why. All I said was that my elbow was really tender and that was barely touched.

Experienced problems while booking the appointment. The confirmation hour received was not the one the spa had on file . They only had peppermint oil as add on. The therapist was not gentle enough

Can’t think of anything specific that would change my response from satisfied to highly satisfied.

As previously mentioned, I booked with another therapist and though I was familiar with the person who replaced her and she is lovely, it was not the experience I was expecting.
