I really enjoy Hand and Stone. I always think there is room for improvement when it comes to letting clients know the options to book an appointment. I had no idea there was a hand and stone app.

The therapist applied too much pressure in the beginning of the appointment and I had to frequently ask to adjust the pressure. Eventually, he understood and the massage turned out great.

Therapist was little bit talkative during the message session. I prefer not talk until the end, even if is for some message or relax tips. I prefer that not stop to touch my skin during the massage to don't lose the message conection and she did it when was to get the oils or the stones.

I'm extremely satisfied and happy with my massage therapist but the facials lacks in alot of ways facial massaging and feels more like they are always trying to sell a service instead of doing they're job

It was my first time there, I have not had many massages, and felt I was no given clear instructions on what to do when I got to the massage room. Also, I would have preferred if products used on me had at least somewhat of a pleasant smell (not that they smelled bad, they had no fragrance).

I was disappointed that the actual facial was very short. I had a 1pm appointment and was brought in around 1:10 and and was out by 1:50 and that included time to change. I’be had facials at other hand and stone locations and the length was as advertised, 60 minutes.

When paying , the receptionist should give a receipt , ask how your paying and not just charge the card on file without asking . When doing multiple services should be asked if you want to use your membership services and not just charge . Ruined a great experience.

I really like the quality of work of my esthetician, the only problem I had was that she did not wear a mask and chose to wear a shield. Although I liked her work I am unlikely to return until the COVID #’s drop.

I had booked my massage for 3:00pm and my husband and I didn’t go in until 3:05 and we were laying on the bed at 3:10 and the massage therapists hadn’t come in yet. I was expecting to have the massage last a full 60 minutes and when they were done it was 3:58pm, that’s not the kind of time I thought I would be paying for. Especially having a membership.

I wish my massage was longer. It was very fine and well done. My back and shoulders were still sore, but better than when I walked in.
