The reception area would be more relaxing were it not for the full-sized window looking out to the street. There was some rubbish left on a table from previous guest. Cups would be useful for the water station.

The receptionist didn't wear a mask, I have seen other people wearing a mask below their nose. I would appreciate if they can provide something to cover my eyes, the lights bother, a little the massage therap. was very nice, she tried to dimer down, but still, I am not used to do massage like this. I would prefer to have the massage more gently, having smell/deep breath an oil with aromatherapy at the begenning, then start the massage a little more gentle. Also, I have to ask couple of times to add more oil or lotion because I felt the dryness and felt very discomfort. The massage therapist was very nice, and she did an excellent job due to the amount of nodules I have. So no complaints about that at all. SHe was great. There were just little details that were missing to made my experience much better. Perhaps because I am pregnant I am more sensitive.

Rewards for being a member were not explained to me and I don’t like the website of the company. It’s not user friendly.

The addons a presented in a bit of a tricky way. Although I wanted the add on I would not have known the actual price if I hadn't checked with the therapist before starting my session. Also no receipt provided for the charge.

Me gusta mucho el trato y los masajes

The foot treatment extra was absolutely overrated. And I was informed the massage was a 1 hour massage PLUS the extra time the extra treatment would take. Both the massage and the extra lasted like 45 minutes.

The first time I had a facial was better than this second time, was a different person. The lady that did my facial at this appointment she seemed a little nervous and her fingers were shaking a little, maybe she was new, but i was still satisfied with her knowledge and work!

We were shorted 10 minutes and that amounts to $40. The cost of a couples massage is more than anywhere else.
