Hand and Stone

The environment, the place, the reception and the room were great. The therapist was injured and he had to use a chair to sit down. I guess this affected the quality of the massage. It was not so great as the last time I was there

The receptionist appeared to be getting sick, was having mild breathlessness and was observed placing her hand on her forehead as if checking her temperature. My massage therapist left in the middle of my massage without telling me why and was outside of my room coughing violently for about 3-5 minutes. Came back left me partially uncovered and rushed through the remainder of my massage as she was massaging my legs, told me not to worry that she had received both doses of covid vaccine and it was the mask that was bothersome to her. I also have a bruise on the top of my left foot from the stone.

Only reason I don’t put Highly satisfied on everything, because I paid $15 for the peppermint oil scalp massage and I asked how long will she perform the scalp massage answered 10 mins, and it did not she did the scalp massage within my 50 mins of Reg massage. I just thought $15 was too much for a that and didn’t get the 10 mins I paid for

I was highly satisfied with my visit, so I don’t know why I’m being asked to fill out this comment box.

Customer service

Made appointment with CBD oil for massage. Receptionist failed to tell masseuse. Receptionist was about to charge me additional charge for the CBD oil if it wasn’t for me telling her she would’ve charged me. Her excuse was “we ran out of CBD” when masseuse said the receptionist should’ve told her my additional requests

I was very pleased I all the areas and don’t have any bad comments

I was satisfied. I was told prior how my massage would be to remove knots. I didn’t expect it to be as uncomfortable but it did reliefs the original pain in that area. I’m very happy with all of it.

Great service and overall Maintanence is good

I didn’t check the time when I finally went in but I felt like I was waiting in the lobby for quite awhile. The thing that turned me off the most was feeling hounded after my massage to sign up for the monthly membership. Give me some information and time to think about it don’t keep asking me to join especially when you can tell by the fourth time of saying no I’m getting very annoyed.
