The steam machine was never used on me or wasn’t even asked if I wanted to use it open my pores up.

I didn’t like the fact that they try to sale you all these extra adds on. To me that’s an immediate turn off

We decided to do a couples massage for the visit and added on the salt stones in person. I did not receive the salt stones in my massage. My fiancé did receive the salt stones with her massage. It wasn’t a big deal and the charge was taken off since the therapist did not use them. It was a misunderstanding and it happens. Very happy with the massage overall

It’s my first visit so I can’t tell more about this SPA. Overall good

Massage therapist was great, detailed , shared her info, engaged in conversation Estetitian didn't really asked questions, didnt provide any info of product used, seemed not interested

need to improve the "ambiance" of the spa to make it more relaxing; better "smell" which sets the "mood" of relaxation;
