estuvo todo muy bien. Sin embargo me parece que el costo por 30 minutos adicionales es alto.

I was not satisfied that I scheduled my appointment when I left the previous time with my therapist. The day before my appointment I was called to informed my appointment and when they told me the therapist I told them that was not my therapist. Very disappointed that I was not informed with enough time. I was told she was on vacation for two weeks. At check out I ask for my therapist for the following appointment and I was told they did not have her on the schedule. so they first tell me she on vacation and the same person tells me she's not available for my next appointment which is more than two weeks away. It seemed they were not being sincere nor upfront. I was very unhappy with the whole situation and with their response. I need a straight forward answer or I am going to consider cancelling.

Therapist talked too much during massage. Leg pillow was placed on the floor. Therapist should have washed their hands before starting massage.

I need to book my appts. and communicate with the spa by email. I can answer calls while I’m work. I sent several email but obtained no response. It would be great if someone could stay on top of the inbox and spam folders.

Because there was a slight delay on waiting for my service.

This is my second facial at H&S and my skin keeps breaking out and staying red afterwards. This did not happen at the place I used to go before. I will give it another chance but if happens a 3rd time, I will have to look for another option :(

My massage therapist barely used my added amenities & also he didn’t speak english so it was hard to tell him about specifics that i wanted during the massage. Also, his arm hair was rubbing on my back and i didn’t like that either. Also, i made an appointment for 6pm and then they had to call back and asked me to change for 5pn, which was less convenient.

Massage therapist was awesome.

Today I have experience pain in the areas of massage. The massagest was focusing very hard in selling herself and emphasizing on how to reach her in the store. It felt uncomfortable.

The cost of the massage upgrades are a bit high. I had to wait about 10 minutes after my appointment time, but I still received the full 50 min massage.
