On the 1st visit his hands were way to cold, I mentioned to him and front desk. This visit I booked the hot stones and did not get it. Also I reminded Francisco of his hands (speaks little to no english), he announced that he was warming his hands with a warm cloth. Unfortunately he forgot that he uses both sides of his hands. When he flipped his hands, I almost jumped off of the table. I informed the front desk --- no apologies, it was as if I didn't say anything at all. Very disappointed.

Facial treatment was not as good as I expected.

I arrived on time for the appointment, not knowing I had to complete a form. Either way, the therapist came to get me ten minutes past my scheduled time and began the massage 15 minutes after. She ended 40 minutes later but I had scheduled a 50 minute massaged.

Creo que en cada masaje uno debería tener la opción de pasar por escrito lo que desea (como en la primera cita), pues no siempre se van con las mismas necesidades y no todos somos de hablar durante un masaje. Creo que las recepcionistas no están claras con el tema del té. Lo ofrecen, pero actos Guido sin si quiera darle un sorbo ya quieren que pases a la cabina o el therapists está frente a ti esperándote.... entonces no hay realmente el momento de disfrutar el té. Prefiero hasta que no lo ofrezcan.

All was good. Not happy with the fact that I can’t have same treatments for $99 and the insistence of becoming a member to get special rates. I have two kids in college and money is super budgeted. Can not afford a monthly charge. But liked the services.

Massage: I believe my massage is for 50 minutes and we were done by just before 45 mins! Facial: The facial was way too painful. It is also my second facial with two different therapist and both have tried to sell me products and get me to upgrade. I don’t like this technique. They probably get a commission on the upgrades and products but when I say I use the entire line of Meaningful Beauty don’t try sell me alternate products. Also, I know I can upgrade. When I want an upgrade, I will let you know.

I was very satisfied with my services over all, but his (Frederico) hands were way too cold. I am anemic and that was so annoying. The oil was even cold, but he did a wonderful job after he warmed up.

The team at the spa was very warm and friendly... I found the cost of the extra services too high for its value and my budget (e.i. the LED light, which I purchased as an extra service for my facial treatment). I found the facial very basic and would have liked for the esthetician to spend a little more time on the actual treatment. What I mean is that although I got to the appointment 20 minutes earlier, the consultation/examination of my skin part took some time off of the treatment, thus, the facial was shorter than what I expected. Additionally, although the esthetician was extremely friendly and I liked her service, I would have preferred a little less talking, so that I could relax a little more. I didn't tell her, since I didn't want to be rude and she was being very friendly. Nonetheless, overall I am satisfied with the service and I am very likely to go back to try other treatments, such as massages and I have already recommended the spa to a friend that made an appointment for today.
