Always a relaxing experience

I look forward to my monthly facials with Rachel because her fingers are magic!! Rachel looks at my skin and determines the best product to enhance my skin!!! I am so relaxed at the end of my facial!!!!

Rachel, was very knowledgeable and was so very sweet. I will ask for her always. The only thing that needs work is the night and weekend availability for massages. Otherwise all was great!

Each and every one if the staff was wonderful. From the time we walked in until the moment we left they made her mom and I feel right at home.

This was my fist visit to a Hand & Stone, although I've had many facials at other facilities. Everyone at Hand & Stone was very nice, very professional, and very punctual. The lobby was welcoming and I really, really liked my facial. It was a very pleasant experience, so much so that I joined the $70 monthly enrollment and I look forward to coming back next month.

After many other massage locations and therapists, I have finally found the place I want to go, and the therapist (Renate). Already have my next three appointments made .

Everyone is friendly professional and efficient. The facility is clean and quite and relaxing. My therapist is wonderful and amazing st what she does.

Overall experience

Jennifer massage therapist very professional and knowledgeable. She regularly asked if the pressure was good and if I needed more specific problem areas. Very clean spa and friendly front desk staff.
