I wasn’t aware hands and feet were not included in the massage. I would’ve liked to have known so that I could’ve added it on. Everything else was excellent.

The staff and massage therapist (Selena) at the Flanders location are awesome! I always recommend H&S to all my friends. I do have one issue and that is with online booking. When I try to book an appointment it says that my username or password are incorrect, so I try to do "forgot password" and it says that my username (my email address) is incorrect. Ok, so now I try and set up another account and it says that there is already an account with that email, the same email that I'm being told doesn't exist. I always have to call or walk in to schedule an appointment. Obviously the email address IS on file because I get emails all the time! I wish someone would fix this!

My clinician was very knowledgeable and conducted herself in a very professional manner. I had both body massage and facial and was very satisfied with both. My massage was very satisfying and my facial left my skin feeling wonderful

Seline, my therapist is amazing! Her sessions not only treat my body but she also makes sure that I leave feeling better physically & mentally. I have been only seeing her for the past 3 years because she knows me & I feel that I get the best massage from her. There are others there that do a decent massage like Dawn but Seline is just right for me.

I had a great experience with my facial, I really enjoyed the person who did it.

I have had a membership for 3 years and have never had a problem. My esthetician, Sarah, always makes me feel welcomed. She is a kind and knowledgeable person.

Went in feeling tired. Came out feeling very refreshed and relaxed. Sound of waves breaking on a shore added to the serenity of the atmosphere. All the staff I've met are very pleasant and helpful. Always make sure I have a cup of water at the end.

The esthetician was very friendly and through with the facial.

This was my first time ever receiving a massage and let me tell you it was amazing. She took her time, worked on problem areas I didn’t know I had. She was absolutely amazing. I will be returning very soon.
