The location in Flanders is phenomenal. Other locations I've been to are not nearly as good. The therapists and estheticians you have are awesome!

Covid is real and I take it very seriously. When I walked in to hand and stone I couldn’t be any happier with what I saw. Your front end goes beyond what others are doing. I got someone new and I was skeptical on how well of a message I was going to get. It was different and yet it got me relaxed. I didn’t realize how good it was until I was driving home and all I wanted to do was go home and sleep.

Overall booking was easy, there was one spot left and I was luckily able to take it. When I walked in the staff was friendly and accommodating. My massage therapist was excellent in knowing what areas to work on and the pressure I liked and occasionally asked if the pressure was good. The only thing I would say is I got in at 4:42 and was in the massage room around 4:50 and we didn’t really start till 4:55 but my massage still ended 50 minutes from my original appointment which was 4:45. Anyone who has had a massage knows that you want to get every minute you paid for.
