I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment a few times and had no issue or bad attitude from the staff. I really liked the facial I received from Natalia, she was thorough and quite, my kind of girl.

It is a very relaxing atmosphere. My massage therapist always does a fantastic job. Ever visit she pays attention to my needs. I leave there feeling wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The staff was great. The therapist was new to me and highly recommended by the staff and she didn’t disappoint. The soothing music in the room was much appreciated.

Renate has been my therapist for several years ( when she worked at massage envy in Rockaway) when she left, I stopped going for massages.....nobody came close!! When I found her again at Hand and Stone, I was thrilled!!
