Hand and Stone

It’s been over 15 years since I’ve gotten a facial so I was skeptical on getting one. Sara, was so great in making me feel comfortable in explaining what she was going to be doing in her process. I was extremely satisfied in my visit. Thank you Sara and to the rest of the staff at Hand & Stone in Flanders, NJ.

Everyone is welcoming and knowledgeable. My massage therapist is awesome. The facility is calming, clean and has the client in mind! I have been to other franchises and Hand and Stone is far superior.

All areas were very clean, which is very important during this covid time. . The massage area had a nice atmosphere, very relaxing. The overall experience with the therapist was great.

The receptionists were courteous and helpful. Selina was really good with explaining what was being done during the massage.

The therapist I saw was very friendly and professional. I saw her once before and she took the time to note things we chatted about prior and that med me feel so much more comfortable. Not feeling like just another person and valued. I work very hard for my money and spending it at places that have staff who don’t value the client only happens once. I will look for a place that appreciates my business. Will definitely be back!

The spa is very clean and welcoming. The staff are very professional, helpful and kind. The massage therapist that I've been booking with is really great. She does a really nice massage, she's professional and kind, just enough conversation and doesn't talk too much during the service. I am really enjoying my monthly membership. I've signed my daughter up for the monthly service as well. I've recommended friends, shared gift cards with friends and plan on booking an appointment for my son in the near future.

My massage was very thorough and I felt great afterward. My wait time once I arrived was minimal and the desk staff as well as my therapist were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

My therapist is incredibly skilled. She knows how hard to press and where. Her strokes are a masterful combination of therapy and relaxation.
