Check in was easy, my therapist right on time. Renate listened to my explanation of what I wanted and very much was able to work on the areas where I most needed help. She was also a delight to talk with during our session and very much put me at ease. Her touch was firm as I requested, and she easily found the problem areas and started working on relieving the knotted muscles in both my upper and lower back. I have already booked my next appointment and signed up as a monthly client. Thanks Hand and Stone, Thanks Renate.

Anthony was the best masseuse I have had so far. He was extremely knowledgeable with different parts of the body and why they develop pain. I was very happy the Receptionist recommended him to me.
