Natalia was amazing. I actually requested her after i met her 2 weeks ago for a massage. She was very patient with me because I had tons of questions. She was knowledgeable. The front staff are always so nice and friendly. Hand and Stone has become a regular thing on my schedule.

My massage therapist, Natalia, understands my massage needs. I felt safe in the environment. The room was clean as well as the bathroom.

Was very easy to book - only issue was the intake form, tried filling it out and downloading it, but it would not upload back up - Once it was sent to me it worked fine!

The message was excellent! Marcia was knowledgeable and friendly. The retail area, bathrooms and treatment room were very clean.

I was highly satisfied with my service knowing they had only recently reopened from COVID closure. Everyone I spoke with was super helpful and the location was very clean.

Patricia was great. Despite the pandemic going on and having to wear a mask, she did excellent work and was very friendly and welcoming. The staff was wonderful, from the ease of booking the appointment to checking and going back to the room with Patricia. I was extremely satisfied and cannot wait to return back to this location in 2 weeks.
