I was so happy to book another appointment with her. Amanda the receptionist also made booking an appointment so quick and stress free. It was my first experience and the therapist made me feel at ease considering I didn't know exactly what I wanted done, pressure of any protocol when starting. I thought I'd be uncomfortable with the whole process but he eased me into it and it was pleasant now that I know what to expect. Reception was the sweetest, it was booked as a gift and she was so informative on the payment method to make sure it was correct, the gratuity and membership packages since I had never been there before and didn't rush me out; I genuinely enjoyed talking with her, sharing my experience and chatting. Everyone was welcoming from beginning to end and I'd love to go back again
