Hand and Stone

Compared to other Hand & Stone's in the area this location has the best receptionist/over the phone booking experience. I felt listened to valued, and like my needs were met. It was nice to walk into the spa and feel welcomed and like I was more than just a client.

Staff the staff is friendly and accommodating to massage therapist Alex was awesome. Have always had a good experience every time I've gone.

The staff at rhe bridgewater location is very friendly and personable. Alex C is my massage therapist and he always listens to my concerns when I need special attention on a certain muscle area. Always a pleasure coming to this place.

The front desk girls were super friendly Jazmin was great, was so nice to be able to have a massage & facial by the same person

On my way to the appointment, I made a stop and locked myself out of my car, which in turn made me quite late for my scheduled time. My massage was obviously shortened as a result, but I was made to feel welcome all the same, and Julio did a great job despite having to be confined to a shortened time slot.
