I had hit traffic and was running late and everyone was ready to get me in the room as soon as possible so no time was wasted. Julio did a fantastic job to make me feel comfortable during my prenatal massage. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very relaxed

Whenever I go, it’s always because of the amount of work and personal stress i go through on a day to day. I don’t like speaking of it, but when I go to hand & stone, I can trust that I will be taken care of and feel calm and relaxed. Julio, my massage therapist at the Bridgewater location, does well to listen to the areas i need special focus on and using desired pressure. Plus, everyone who works there is so welcoming! I am for sure staying at Hand & Stone.

Receptionist was warm and welcoming, massage therapist was accommodating and friendly, and I left wanting to come back.

My whole experience went well I left there so relaxed the new therapist they hired was great I hope she stays there because she is a keeper n will ask fir her again

The facial was wonderful!! She did an excellent job.I was very upset with the 24 hour cancellation policy. Upset with the fact that she doesn’t get paid a salary. You don’t treat your employees well. They should get better treatment.

This was my first time with Massage Therapist, Alicia. She was amazing and made sure i was comfortable. I recently had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction and wasn’t sure if i would feel comfortable being positioned on the table. She was amazing, this was my first massage since surgery and it was so relaxing. Huge thank you to Alicia in Bridgewater
