From greeting to departure, it's easy and seamless, which is important to me on my time off. Alex is phenomenal -- he asks about my objectives for the massage and areas to focus on. He then does exactly what we discuss and provides an exceptional massage. I will continue to go back to Hand and Stone Bridgewater for the wonderful experience.
