The specialist professinalism

I was highly satisfied with my experience for a number of reasons, but mainly from Serena, my esthetician. She asked me what brought me in, if I was in for a reason. I told her it was my first facial and she walked me through the entire process.

The new ownership seems to be understaffing and causing problems with the experience. I have inquired why thing have changed. If I were you, if you really care, I would reach out to the current staff. If there are any changes to what I feel is a perfect and caring environment I will cancel and demand refunds on my gift card purchases.

My masseur Julio did a great job with a deep tissue massage. He focused on my probem areas. He worked out the knots .

The front desk staff was lovely. The check process was efficient. I loved that the intake form was digital. Julio my massage therapist was excellent. He addressed all my lower back issues without causing me discomfort. He was very professional too.

So happy Sondra is back! She got me through my breast cancer treatments, and I missed her!
