I was welcomed and treated like an old friend. Dave and the women at the front desk were very friendly and generous. Brook was my massage therapist, and she was professional, friendly and very good at her job. I told her that I would be recommending her and the entire Hand & Stone staff to my friends. I am looking forward to returning.

I woke up Sunday morning in a huge amount of neck pain. Normally I'd have to wait until Monday to even try to see a doctor. The spasms were terribly painful & my mobility was compromised. By chance I saw a Facebook ad & figured I'd look into it. Very surprised to be able to book online, and in 90 minutes they had an opening. Same day! Imagine my surprise. The waiting area was spotless & calming. I was greeted by wonderful ladies & pretty quickly taken back by my masseuses (I cannot recall his name, but it ended in an "O". Maybe Roberto??). I explained my neck pain & he explained how he could help. I left there feeling 85% better!!! I could not believe it! I checked out so relaxed, it was like they pump Xanax into the vents. I booked my second appointment for the following Sunday & look forward to continuing to loosen up my neck & back. I've had massages before, but this was the best experience overall.

Receptionist remembered my concerns from when the I booked appointment. She was able to address this and reassure me. Everyone was friendly and professional. They recommend the therapist they felt would best meat my needs.
